Pecorino Romano DOP - 500g

Pecorino Romano is an Italian cheese with a protected designation of origin, whose production area includes Lazio, the province of Grosseto and Sardinia. All the manufacturing processes, from the breeding of the cattle to the maturing of the cheese, must take place within this area. Even the lactic ferments (scotta-innesto) and the lambs that provide the rennet must be native.
